Hi, I am looking for a great doctor in the Charlotte area (preferably S. Charlotte) who has experience in treating neck and back injuries due to a car crash. I was hit by a texting driver, and have pain and stiffness in my neck and back. I was treated in the emergency room and got some medication. However, the pain has gotten worse, and I would like to be seen by a doctor who has dealt with this before. Preferably a doctor with experience in dealing with insurance issues (documentation).

Thank you for your time.. and Don't Text and Drive!!

I'm sure your attorney will have a recommendation.

Good luck!

isn't an injury and injury? why would your doctor care if you hurt your neck in a car accident or falling out of a tree? go see your primary and he'll recommend a specialist you may need (back Dr, therapist, etc.. )

This is a very odd thread. Why on earth haven't you contacted an attorney? They will tell you EVERYTHING you need to do including what Dr. to see. Do you not have an attorney yet?

Geez, Louise!

It's like a pit of vipers in here. I come here asking for advice on a good doctor who can HELP my neck and back pain, and hopefully one who has worked with an accident victim before, and I get grilled about this being an "odd" post, why haven't I contacted a lawyer, and ANY doctor is a good doctor.

Geeez.

You said you wanted a doctor that has dealt with insurance & documentation issues. That sounds like you are intending to sue someone.
