On Labor Day - ABC stores will be open. The theory is that stores and business need to be able to purchase alcohol for their business. I am loving the revenue generated from the DNC to our great city.

I could care less if they open or not for Labor Day, but I dont see why one county would receive rights over the other 99 counties. What if the counties that rely on tourists for Labor Day want to have the business too?
I know this is for restaurants, bars to use ABC verses walk ins but shouldnt they be stocking up anyway beforehand to prepare for a big week.
The bill ironically sponsor by republican Bill Brawley so it probably will pass.
