painters, sealers, and other contractors (Charlotte, Raleigh: home, tile, living)

Hi there. I just found this forum and am new to Charlotte. Been building a home and just about ready to move in.
I'm looking for a really high end painter with exceptional cut-in lines and a skilled crew. Can anyone suggest someone they KNOW is as meticulous as I am?

Also, I'm looking for someone to seal all the grout around tile and my driveway and walkways. I found a company that also puts a non-slip product directly onto the tiles too, but they are in Raleigh. So, I could just settle for getting the grout lines and driveway cement done for now.

Lastly, many some of you can tell me...are there any other Charlotte sites or forums where I can post my questions. I have many building and contracting questions, but eventually I'll have questions about living and doing thins in Charlotte too.

When I first moved here I signed up for Angieslist...It's a very good resource for finding all sorts of contractors and services..I found a painter, flooring guy and electrician..It really is a great tool.
