Default rental property information
we have currently moved from charlotte with work, and of course we are very impatient with selling our home. As everyone knows, the market is awful right now. We have a home in a GREAT neighborhood, and it has been on the market for 4 months now. Homes used to sell in 3 days here. :-) We have thought of renting our home out. Does anyone have any experience with rental companies to use in Charlotte, or any suggestions?
