Default SOLD our House--we are NC bound!

Hi Everyone,

Well, (deep breath) we just accepted an offer on our house in Arizona this afternoon and we are Lake Norman North Carolina bound!!!

Buyers got pre-approved and we got a full price offer! So excited! Hang in ther "zonies" the real estate market has changed, but people are still buying. Soon we'll be unearthing our St. Joseph Statue out of the front yard...can't say it didn't help considering ours is the only one of 13 listings my agent has that has sold. hmmmm.

Our close of escrow date is October 30th, so we'll be in NC for Thanksgiving. Within the next two weeks, we'll be on a plane again to house hunt. We were out there Labor Day weekend as some of you may recall reading the post and haven't decided on Mooresville or on the west side of the lake, but we'd better make up our minds soon now.

Sorry to ramble...just had to share. Everyone hang in there, price your home right, and it will happen.

That's funny (and good news) I am selling my parents home for them here in Huntersville and my Dad has decided to use the St. Joseph statue.

It may well be the trick..... =)

Congrats on the offer!

St. Joseph is the patron saint of a happy home. When you bury his statue you are making prayer the "foundation" of your home by asking him to pray with you to sell your home. Prayer can be very powerful, especially in combination with a saint!
