After reading through a number of posts on this site I've seen Dilworth mentioned numerous times....but I'm finding it a bit challenging to find sources for apartments within the area.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated!!

Thank you much!

Ryan

Ryan, Dilworth is mostly homes and condos, not many apartments which may be why you are having a problem. Try going online to Craigslist and seeing if you can find some condos for rent by owners.

You might also like Eastover Ridge on Randolph Rd. This is between Eastover and Cotswold. There are quite a few good places in Eastover and Elizabeth on Craigslist which are all near uptown and Dilworth.

Dilworth is one of Charlotte’s streetcar-era suburbs. The neighborhodd boasts bungalow-style homes, oak-shaded sidewalks, and a traditional neighborhood feel. Up and down Dilworth’s main thoroughfare, East Boulevard, folks can enjoy eateries, trendy boutiques, corner cafes and more. Dilworth’s neighbor, South End, allows easy access to Center City and offers a variety of restaurants, antique shops, and retail with a relaxed atmosphere. All I can say is either area would be a sound decision.

I live in Dilworth. I see lots of duplexes etc. for rent when walking or driving through the neighborhood. However, I think these are probably places that are not advertised and are more word of mouth. They tend to blend in with the neighborhood and don't stand out as "apartments" as such.
