I was paying $930/month for a 2 bedroom apartment when I moved here in January, and now I am paying $589/month mortgage payment for a 4 bedroom home I own. It was a no-brainer for me.

I am sure that he isn't an idiot. Most people that want to move to another city check out the new choice before making their decision. Most people have basic intelligence and it is a natural thing to do. You may be the exception?

One simple request, please stop questioning others for their decisions if you are not responding to advice. IT is soooo annoying and so often the same old retoric. If others are smart enough to get on the computer, they are smart enough to decide whether they want to move to a place or not.

Additionally, he mentioned that he had a job and you are advising him to "secure the job?"

Was not aware that you became a moderator?? Sunny, did you relinquish your job to this person?

As you are not a moderator, please do not criticize my posts; in particular when they are not addressed to you. I will be asking an actual moderator for his input concerning this situation.

Thank you for your time.
