Lincoln County commissioners approved $39,000 in incentives for all-natural chip maker RW Garcia, which plans to expand its plant and add 15 to 20 jobs to its 75. The new positions will pay an average of $13 an hour, according to an agreement between the county and the manufacturer.

The company supplies supermarkets across the globe with 125 varieties of tortilla chips and corn-based snack foods.
