They were supposed to come on May 8th but called and left a message saying they were canceling and didn't leave a reason. It had already been over a month since I purchased the service. I was not able to get ahold of them after they left the message.

Then how did they get all As and Bs? There is something wrong with a ratings system that allows that, for a company that supposedly has had to return numerous times to complete jobs. That comment about "I was not able to get ahold of them after they left the message."...in what time frame? That same day? For a month? Ever?

My point here is that ratings and reviews, both good and bad, must be taken with a lot of consideration.
