In the market to purchase a new built home, looked at Indian land/Fort Mill area but have narrowed my search to Waxhaw, looking to purchase a home in the Cureton - Ryan Homes Subdivision. Does anyone live in that area? What can you tell me about the schools for that subdivision? What about the commute in the morning. I noticed that they have one lanes both ways in and out OF the the subdivision and providence is one lane each way as well.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Thx

Cureton has been very popular. I also like nearby Lawson.

The schools are well regarded.

Traffic is heavy, but commute times would depend on where exactly you are commuting to

Commute will depend on time and destination. Can you be more specific.

I'm not sure which section is Ryan homes, but I have a lot of friends who live there and are happy. Schools are very good.
