So, there's a street with homes built in 06. back up to the woods, nice lot locations.
But, all three houses, which are next to each other, go up for sale approx within a month.

The house I'm looking at is across the street. But am I trippin out for no reason ?
Are they all selling cause of high radon level or something of the sort ?

thanks

Same thing happened when I bought my place. Three (or it might have been 4, it was six years ago....) townhouses in a row had for-sale signs. Turns out, it was purely coincidence. The previous owner of my place had to relocate due to a job, the next door neighbor moved to Africa (no idea why) and the others were just strange circumstances. It did make me wonder, though, since the building was only 2 years old at the time. Turns out, a bunch of us moved in within a month or so of each other, and we've become great friends since.

Without knowing the street name you won't get much useful information from those of us who are in the know.

If in Mecklenburg county check here to see who owns them, they might all be owned by an investor who is looking to unload them.
