Have you tried Angie's List, or called a few that you may see under "services" on the Charlotte Craigslist page?
There are surely some who will give you a free estimate, so don't pay for an estimate.

Thanks guys but , yes I've tried it many times even with a fancy tool to no avail, & Stanley's doesn't do it in our area yet. So, anybody else??

Assuming grout in bathroom and kitchen tile.

Go to a janitorial supply store and get the cleaning materials used in hotels and hospitals. If the grout isn't damaged this stuff will get it clean. You want something with acid in it. Years ago you could buy the same stuff in the grocery stores, but I supposed that stupid people and lawsuits have turned most of what they sell there now to be nothing more than some perfumed colored water.

If there is a lot of damage to the grout, then IMO, it's time to rip the tile off the wall and re-tile it. It's easier than trying to repair if the damage is extensive.

I used Grout Medic to replace grout in my foyer. They clean grout as well.
