Does anyone know what is replacing the closed Arby's on Sam Furr Rd. The exterior is being redone now?

Wish it would have been a Roy Rogers. They have recently changed several Arby's in Maryland into Roy's. Better roast beef, as well as burgers and fried chicken.

Roy's has said on their Facebook page that they'd return to NC if they had a willing franchisee.

Keep in mind, that is the shopping center where the Whole Foods is going to be, which will influence the prospective tenants for neighboring properties. Will their product appeal to the typical Whole Foods shopper? It's all marketing 101.

Since the Arby's sign is still there, I think that they may just be remodeling.

Huntersville has been removed from the locations on their website. That doesn't happen with a remodel.
