It's because a commentary was made about how why churches are not worried about being prosecuted in court by the the IRS and you responded with a comment about the law that had nothing to do with what was stated. If you are truly concerned as to why this it went off-topic then go back and read what was stated, which was asked of you several times, and then make an appropriate response. (or none at all)
