Okay, well if you would have taken time to actually R E A D my post you would have seen that I have called 311 3 times, so I obviously live in Char-Meck. Feeding her (at a specific time) is my attempt to get her close to my home so that when they come, she will be at my house. I'm not "complaining", that's the problem with these forums it's diffucult to know what "tone" is being carried out by the posters. I'am just asking if there is anyone out there who has alternatives, other than what I've stated I have been doing.

I hope you you have a great day, I know I will because I at least am trying to help an animal that is lost and hungry, it's not her fault she's out there, it careless and heartless humans.

BTW no one on this forum has "authority", so why are we all here?? - to bring insight, give information, comment, oh and complain.

I really do hope that you have a blessed day.

(I just received an email from a helpful old neighbor, I'll take his advise which, he gave me some direct numbers to animal rescue and humane society.)

Probably not. If you are sure she doesn't have an owner and you want to keep her I would post notices in the neighborhood. If there are no takers - she is yours.
