How bad is the traffic around Speedway Blvd while the race is going on? I'm thinking about running over that way this evening to make a purchase near Quaker Steak & Lube. I figure that if the fans are at the track, this area should be ok to navigate between 7:30 and 10:30PM. What do you think?

Just really bad at beginning and end when 100,000 people try leaving at the same time. So yes, should be ok when the actual racing is going on.
