I found a wedding band in the parking lot of the Tilted Kilt on Independence Blvd., if you lost yours get back to me.

I agree. I just lost a Bluetooth headset and went back to every place I'd gone that night. No luck, but I would assume anyone looking for something they'd lost would retrace their steps.

Am I the only one who finds it funny that a wedding band was lost at the Tilted Kilt? It probably was in his pocket and when taking out car keys it dropped....

I called the Tilted Kilt the night that I found it and gave them my name and number and told them that if anyone came in asking about the ring to give the info to them. I did think about taking it back inside but the thought occured to me that the owner may not have even been inside. So leaving my contact info was the best course it seemed.

The problem there is that if someone comes looking for the ring, it's not likely they will be connected with you. Too many employees that probably never knew you called. They'll look in their lost and found box, tell the guy "sorry, no ring" and that will be that.
