I saw this machine yesterday and I guess it like new sweepstakes as you know what your going to get. Im not sure but will find out Thursday.
It kinda like the claw machine as you move the arm right and up but you need to get the suction cup pole in a slot to touch the card.

You can buy in any amount of dollars or coins; Every dollar equal a credit. I was only going to do 2 bucks and IMO it look achievable. The first dollar I knew was wasted as I was trying to figure how it worked. The second dollar I was just a hair off the mark. It has peek my interest and if its gambling or some other man made sin the heck with it, some think Im going down under when I die so I might as well enjoy myself while alive.

I wonder if this is same concept with this software and hope it pays away for the places to stay open.
Any business that fills a vacant building and provides job is good. I also like what was mention let local municipalities decide there destiny.

I'm sure it is. The problem is that many people don't always connect that we are paying for the government. So when they do something stupid, we foot the bill for it.

I was on jury duty a few years ago during which we awarded a Charlotte homeowner $50K plus, to come from the city. As we walked out I made the connection, and asked my fellow jurors if they realized that we awarded our money to the homeowner. It wouldn't (and shouldn't) have made a difference, had we considered it before the verdict, but it was interesting to see that about half the jurors had no idea where the money would be coming from. To some people, it just happens, as if my magic.

Sunny, they have something similar to this in the casino's on the Carnival Cruise ships. Missing by "a hair" is what they are all about. I've seen some threads on the cruise websites that take a very analytical view of how these will also beat you out of your money due to the player's perception of it being a fairly straightforward process. In my book, it's still gambling and needs to be in a casino or taxed & regulated heavily.

I'm fairly certain Sunny was making a joke. I think it is just a regular gift card machine.

Look closer. "winner will be verified" is on a sleeve for each card. There's a sticker for the amusement company that it comes from and they provide claw machines.

A girl who works for me just told me that the sweepstakes joint her husband manages got raided last night, and they had already changed their software. She said the police shut them down anyway.

Charlotte?

That's sort of surprising but I guess the only safe way to re-open would be to get it cleared by the AG first or through another declaratory judgement.

I can't read that on my PC. I figured it was a joke since he didn't seem to want to say where it was.
