We are searching for homes in Waxhaw, NC and visited Millbridge. Can anyone tell me about the second phase? We were concerned that it was not connected to the Main area where the pool and amenitites are located-love the home, but not the distance from the main Millbridge.

I live in Millbridge and they are building like crazy. The extension should be finished this year so that there is a direct connection within the neighborhood to the pool and amenities!

The builder is Ryan. We were told that there is no future date for the extension-possibly within a few years. Also, my concern is that in the second phase the houses are REALLY close with very little yard....hard decision. Love the house though.

Hi CEM! I live in Millbridge, by the clubhouse. They are working on the road to connect the 2nd phase now. I think it'll be sooner than a few years. The lots there are pretty close together. But the people there are awesome. You'll have great neighbors.

I can't wait to get down there. I hope the lots aren't too small and that there are still a lot to choose from. If anybody used boneterra I just would like to know if you were happy with them. If you can give me any tips about living down there because I am coming from Long Island NY and want to make sure we fit in there. Thanks everyone have a good night
Ronnie

Hi Gigsone!

We purchased with Bonterra and are very happy. We chose them because they offered the best standard features. Whereas others everything was an upgrade. Our homes was finished in November 2012. We've enjoyed living there a lot. Everyone is very friendly.
