Need Real Estates Help in Lake Norman Area
Just moved from Atlanta to Charlotte. I need to find a realtor that is knowledgable in the Charlotte area. Preferably near or on lake norman but will also consider Huntersville / Cornelius, Etc.
If anyone has any information or contacts I would greatly appreciate any help i can get.
I am leaning towards buying a lot and then building. I will want at least .7 acres and am hoping to avoid subdivisions if possible
Thanks,
Robert

We had a gem in Kimberly from Allen Tate's office - she's a member of Ken Bloch's team.

Yes, she is great! She's helping us now. I'd PM you about my house, but it is a development! Good luck!

Hey Robert,
If you listed the price range you would like to be in it would help tremendously to guide you better.

Is your ultimate goal to live on the water? If so Iwould look over towards Sherrils Ford as the homes on the water near Huntersvill/Cornlieus etc are crazy for a house that's not a fixer upper.

thats where we live... we love it! There are a few waterview homes on 1-acre lots in my neighborhood (small 22 home community) from $459-$549, two empty lots (one with a really nice view) and then 1 waterfront 5100sqft home on 2 acres for $795K. All these homes are brand new, unlived in.
