Dr. Katz is only nice when you are the perfect candidates. If he thinks that you are not the "perfect" candidate for treatment, he does not even give you a chance. For a woman who wants to have a baby and, unfortunately, is not the perfect candidate for success, his door is closed, as it will affect his success rate. That's how down to earth he is.

I saw Dr. Whitesides there, and I was not at all a good candidate for treatment (age, plus several other issues), but they helped me and now I have a wonderful baby boy! Did you ask about seeing another Dr there? I have also heard good things about Dr. Paul Marshburn at the CMC Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility - 704-355-3149. Good luck!
