Default Commute from Matthews to Gateway Village
I am buying a house in Matthews and looking for input on my commute from my new home to Gateway Village, where I work. I believe the subdivision name is Southwoods and it is off of Rice Road.

I am near Sam Newell and Independence but I am also near Rice Road and Idewild. Is it better to go up Idewild to Independence or just stick with Independence. Or is there a more roundabout way that is faster?
