Home builder recommendations north of Charlotte? (Concord, Kannapolis: area, builders, quality)

We're looking to build in either Concord, Harrisburg, Kannapolis or up north in the Lake Norman area. We've looked at units built by Orleans and Ryan so far and plan to take a look at Lennar. Are there any builders in the area that have a really good reputation for quality in the area?

Shea Homes. We own a Shea home in Concord (Cabarrus but very close to the Meck Line) and have had zero problems. Shea is a quality builder.
