I'm interested in any information/experience any one has had with middle school that work with children with special need, so far the only information I have found is based on elementary school levels. TIA!

As far as I know, there are no specific schools or programs for ADHD or Aspergers since both are usually mainstreamed with just an IEP.

He currently has a pseudo-IEP in FM (was told the district does not do IEP's per say), we've read some parent comments here about this same issue happening to them in FM and were considering a move to Union County as we've read how some of the schools there have worked very well for students with special needs even with no specific prigram in place.

I thought you meant CMS. Union county does have a class at a specific school that targets special needs but I don't know the details. I actually know of a few families with children that have Aspergers that are really pleased with Indian Land schools. The kids have a self contained classroom with lots of one on one teaching. Indian Land is about 5 minutes over the NC/SC border and is very close to South Charlotte.
