That was my thought, Sunny. Snagging a few people on side roads. . .geeze, that will tell them a whole lot of nothing.

I have no clue how they intend to do this. This has the potential to be totally useless. Honestly, it would have been a whole lot cheaper & would have given them more information, had they asked all of the businesses of a reasonable size (say supermarkets & department stores, Walmart, KMart, etc.) in the region to collect zipcodes, then reimburse them for their trouble upon receipt of that information.
