Default Transportation from CLT Airport to Winston-Salem??
Does anyone know of any transportation (shuttles or buses) that goes from Charlotte Airport to Winston Salem? Private limo services are too expensive, and the only bus I can find is Greyhound which only departs from Trade St uptown. Thanks!!

Greyhound is your only option besides using amtrak.
however you will need to catch the shuttle service for amtrak in either High Point or Greensboro to get to Winston Salem.

I was thinking that I always see a CATS van (charlotte transit) parked up in the Winston Salem area and thought it was weird but they do have a vanpool to that area but my inclination it is Winston to Charlotte but you can check to see if there is a reverse commute or sign up a car or vanpool with them.
