The governor has lots and lots of cronies who work for Duke power. He is a puppet and they pull the strings. He has a long history of putting his big business friends ahead of the voters. He is the one who also said when asked about what he thought about people leaving Meck county because of high taxes and said"someone else will just move in and take their place"

I think that would be the utility commission and not the governor that we can thank for that hike.

We all knew it was coming. I think it is outrageous.

Didn't Duke spend a bunch of money and take a loss on the DNC here in Charlotte? I guess we just helped offset that, lol.

What a crock.

Who should we thank for the 7% increase in 2009/2010 and the 7.2% increase in 2012?

How many DNC's have we had in Charlotte? 3 or 4?

10 million is 10 cents to a utility company...

Google does not claim to have every word for word paraphrase in the world. I heard the man say it and I don't have to have the exact word for word quote . Here is another one just for you"Where did you hear that"? she replies "The internet, They cant put anything on the internet that is not true" lol
