Sorry, I just saw the Kim part. LOL They are really nice and we are hoping by the beginning of next year that more lots will open up in the center area. That is where we want to be. They have sold quite a few this year. It's amazing how the housing market has picked up
Glendalough i believe is listed as Monroe. We like rural, but do not necessarily need a ton of land for our property (1/4 acre would be nice) just trying to picture surrounding area...my husband will be commuting to Ballantyne for work...so Im guessing a 20 minute commute from Monroe/Indian Trail
