Trying to figure even where to start. I know probably a few comb through the forums looking for "people moving to charlotte" postings. Is there such a site to review agents, history, etc?

Thanks

I don't know about ratings, but here is a listing of Charlotte real estate agents (at least some). It gives a profile, years In business, what areas they service, etc. you can also see their designations, such as ABR (accredited buyers representative).

Charlotte Real Estate Agents and Brokers - Charlotte, NC REALTORS(R) - Realtor.com®

The best recommendations come from folks who have used particular agents and found them to be trustworthy and reliable and experts in their field.

If you know what areas you are interested in, members can DM you the names of folks they have worked with - and who represent the areas where you are looking.

Also, if you have an idea of what area, as in - south Charlotte, University area, Huntersville, Union County, etc . . . members will be glad to suggest developments that might match up to your criteria, if that would help you with your research.

Good luck!

Areas would be Fort Mill either on the lake, off the lake. Possible a lot build on. (or new construction, etc) Prefer SC because of tax purposes, but open to others.
