New House YEA!
Well, my husband and I just signed all the paperwork for our 1st home. We will be moving into Fieldstone Farm at the end of Dec/early Jan.! I love the community feel and that the houses are actually a good distance apart and private (not on top of each other). I think that we got a great deal and it really benefited to buy now, rather than in the summer. Centex really bargained with us to get our payments where we wanted them. We didn't plan on moving so soon- so it's back to researching moving companies to move our heavy furniture and inspector. So exciting, but so stressful and busy!
