Traffic can be very frustrating especially during Rush Hour. If your a long time resident or someone who drives Charlotte roads alot and know of some good short cuts to get around Charlotte a little easier PLEASE share with the forum.

As a helpful reminder... when you use NEIGHBORHOOD streets to "short cut", keep in mind the speed limit is 25 MPH. I can tell you from firsthand experience that those of us in neighborhoods with "cut through" streets get very frustrated with impatient commuters roaring down our street at 50MPH. It's dangerous!!

Slow down people... that extra 8 seconds won't mean very much when you plow down an eight year old on a bicycle when you blow a stop sign or cut a corner on the wrong side.
