Well it wouldn't be OK because it says "NC" on it. Someone wasn't paying attention. I think having two states or one is fine but it shouldn't be available for one and not the other. I'm guessing New England doesn't have this problem.
I read that but I look at logo and just dont see it.
I see it..
it doesn't follow the outline of the states line for line but if you draw a curved line around the states you will see the logo following the same pattern (sans whiskers).
