Maybe a street or road or maybe a neighborhood.

I don't know what "East Valley" is either but according to one of the results on wikipedia it is "a growing area of the Greater Phoenix region that encompasses the communities of Mesa, Chandler, Tempe, Gilbert and (in some definitions) Scottsdale, Queen Creek, Apache Junction, and San Tan Valley. The region is affluent, well-educated and economically dynamic" and includes the airport, several large employers including Intel, and Arizona State University.

Don't think there is one area in Charlotte that has all that. The closest IMO might be Ballantyne?

We do not have an area called that here. Maybe give us more info and we can help you locate what you are searching for?

There is a Valley Road in Charlotte. We finally received an e-mail back and their area code is a cell phone in some other state. They were correct on the "east valley" but they made an error on their location, which was not Charlotte. Maybe the mods. can delete this thread.
