Just saw it. I nearly lost it when Johnny Knoxville hit the Penguin. This will be a must see movie for me, and that fact that our beautiful city is featured makes it even better. Charlotte really needs to push this movie studio deal at Eastland Mall. It would do wonders for Charlotte and the area surrounding Eastland. A ski slope, is by far the most asinine idea and I hope it doesn't get the cities final vote.

I'm surprised that there hasn't been more discussion on this forum. I guess a lot of people on here don't know much about Jackass. It's certainly good publicity for Charlotte as the Jackass movies always do quite well in the box-office.

I just saw this thread and I thought the trailer was really funny. I will be seeing this movie for sure. For the record, Charlotte's city-data forum is MUCH more serious than the actual city itself. I guess the "real Charlotte" isn't really interested in city-data. With that said, I would not try to measure Charlotte's overall mentality based on the comments you read here.
