Kannapolis is a town that has potential. Thje new bio-tech is being built there so lots of speculation. Mooresville would be good too!

I live in Concord and would highly suggest Kannapolis. They have a great mix of homes that are very affordable. Some of the old, redone mill homes in Kannapolis are some of the best deals you'll get on a home in the Charlotte area.

I live in Kannapolis but honestly I like concord. There are always niegborhoods growing and local places to go. Huntersville is really nice. Kannapolis is the smaller of the two.

Huntersville takes the prize. Huntersville is GREAT and alot closer and more convenient to Charlotte & Lake Norman.

GOOD LUCK!
