We are moving to Charlotte and will need a furnished apt/condo that will allow a small dog and a cat. We will probably be building so will need a place to stay while building. We are selling the majority of our furniture and the remaining is in storage until we move into the house.

Any suggestions? We really don't want a house because of having to maintain a yard etc. for someone else. If that is our only option, then we will certainly have to compromise. Will just hire a lawn care svc.

Thank you in advance!!

Mint Hill to Waxhaw is probably a 30 mile span. Can you be a bit more specific?
