Charlotte just had its first pride parade in 19 years. Did anyone go? It was a fun day.
Does anyone want to watch it?
Or see what these people in picture just left?

My partner made videos for me as I shot a bubble gun.

I wish I went, I hope there is another one next year. My aunts participate heavily in the Miami Beach Pride Parade and want us to drive them one year in their "float". I am hoping for the next one we can surprise them.

I thought so also, very beautiful day for it too. For the size of the parade and the amount of people who showed up, I thought it was very well organized.

My sweet heart video taped it for me and I thought he did a pretty good job for first time video taping.

Was in New Orleans during one once. After seeing a guy in g string, chaps, and a black, no sleeve vest, I went back into hotel pronto.

IMHO, not the LGBT crowds finest hour.

Charlotte Parade was nothing like that, and is one of the reasons I wanted to share . I was actually surprise there was no bears. There also was no privates showing, probably prohibted by a city ordinance..The male dancers of Chasers had short shorts. Only ones in there underwear was two Andrew Christian underwear models, Rocky Horror Picture show I guess you could say maybe risky but far from obscene .

The mayor of Charlotte, Patsy was one of the Grand Marshalls, which was cool.

Ah the bears. They are infamous in the annual Columbus day regatta near Miami on their jet skis and giant sailboat. Enuf said. The videos were terrific, now I really wished I went.

That would have been a riot to see. It was a fun parade, good crowd and as CharlotteGal stated a nice diversified of parade entries.

Its cool that now Charlotte has the St Patrick's Day Parade in the Spring, Pride Parade in Autumn and I'm sure Thanksgiving Day parade will be back.

Here a picture of the crowd that was ahead of us leaving the parade. Kudos to Charlotte finest for keeping everything safe.

Would this be something people could bring their kids to see (roughly 6-12)?
