So my family and I are finally ready to move. However we are unsure about areas. We are looking at Bainbridge in Mint Hill but we are not sure if its very family oriented or if it has a lot of kids which we want in our new neighborhood. Does anyone know about this area? Any advice on areas or neighborhoods to move would be a great help. Also we are looking in the 250,000 range.

Mint Hill is a great area towards the Union County line. The closer you get to Albemarle Rd, the closer you are to some 'bad areas'. There are nice neighborhoods towards Albemarle Rd, do not get me wrong, but I would feel better on the outer side of I-485. Just my opinion!
