As the title implies, there are multiple questions in this thread.

We are looking at renting a house in Concord. The house we are thinking of putting an application in for is in the Villas at Winecoff subdivision, which looks pretty undeveloped on the map (Google maps...not sure how often it is updated but I know there are more houses in the neighborhood than the map currently shows). If anyone is familiar with the subdivision, what is it like? Is there still a lot of construction? Unfortunately we aren't able to visit the property before we move. We currently live in Jacksonville, NC which is nearly 5 hours away and we have a brand new baby, so any information on the subdivision or the area around it would be appreciated.

The neighborhood is in the Winecoff Elementary district. Our son is in kindergarten and we are moving in December so he would be attending the last semester of kindergarten and then at least the first semester of first grade there. It is rated a 3/10 on GreatSchools.com but that site is not entirely accurate and the parent reviews seem ok.

Lastly, what is the average utility bill for the Concord area? I know there are a lot of variables, I am just asking for an average or some examples of what others pay. The house is new- built in 2010, is 2700 square feet, 5 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. There are 4 of us- myself, my husband, our 5 year old and a 2 week old (who obviously won't be using the bathroom for quite some time). I'm not too familiar with the difference between electric and gas...here we only have electric for both a/c and heat. The kitchen appliances are all electric and the house has air conditioning.

Thank you!
