NFL Giants/Lions game
Does anyone know of a bar anywhere (closer to Indian Trail the better) that would show the game tomorrow? Or is there some way to watch it online? DH wants to see it, but says bars just play what the people want, so if there were a bar that attracted lots of NY Giants fans or something maybe he's have a good chance to see the game, though not sure how welcome he's be as a Lions fan.............

I know it's a little late now....however if he's a huge NFL fan he should look into DIRECTV and the Sunday ticket. I'm a Cowboys fan and it's great!! You get every NFL game for about $250 for the year...not to mention time warner doesn't have the NFL network and you won't get Thursday night games. BTW: The Giants will beat them tomorrow anyhow....so he won't miss much!

Coaches....Hickory Tavern (there's one at 485/Prov.)... Fox and Hound.. are some of the Sports Bars w/ big screen TV's. Not sure which games they'll show but may want to give them a call to find out.

Not sure if there will be alot of Giants' fans but I HIGHLY recommend Kristopher's in Matthews...only 10-15 minutes from Indian trail.
It had TONS of TV's, all the games are on and there's not a bad seat in the house...get the wings, they're amazing, but get there early...
disclaimer: I know no one who works there or owns the place...just an unbiased opinion of going there and having a great time.
