Anyone work(ed) at Muzak? (sales, radio, place)

My fiance is thinking about applying there. I have heard good and bad things about it. I'm also worried that they on't be around too much longer with satellite and digital/internet radio unless they adapt.

I knew someone that worked in the sales dept. and he said it was an ok place to work. It was a pretty competitive environment, but he took the experience and went somewhere else in a year or so. I think Muzak is into a bunch of different things, and not just the old "elevator music" of years ago. I think there was an article on them in last weeks Observer that you might can find. My wife went to a job fair of sorts back a while ago and I remember riding over there and there was a lot of people who attended and there were a lot of people on the road waiting to get inside.

i know of one person who works there and she really likes her job. that's all i know. oh and i do know that they monitor internet time, so you couldn't be online much.
