I know that Davidson is pricey - it is adorable though.

I'm aware of subdivisions like Summers Walk and Antiquity, but wondering if there are any that might have homes under 300K that would have decent sized yards (.18-.25 acres)?

We have a 50lb dog that needs to run so a postage stamp size lot is not an option.

We don't need to be walking distance to town, but would prefer not to be 20 min on the outskirts either.

Those neighborhoods are barely Davidson. I would look at Huntersville in that price point
