So sorry to hear. He was a good man that represented his district for a long time.

Please point out a single time that Mr. Crowder was attacked. Was he called out for sitting on the sidelines and waiting for instructions from the puppet master?... yes. But he was never "attacked". In fact I remember him being singled out in at least one meeting for his beautiful invocation.

"Step and Fetch Yes Man". "He was asleep until someone woke him up". I refuse to further sully the good man's name by repeating the terrible insults from the usual suspects.

So sad and sorry to hear this, like someone else said I'm sure the pressure and stress he was under didn't help matters at all. My deepest sympathy and condolences go out to his family and friends.

You know what, I'm with you on this one. I have been so distraught all day thinking about how this man left his life here on Earth. The entire BOE has been under fire for months and YES, Mr. Crowder was a member of that board! I can't imagine dedicating so many years to something and then being accused of being dirty and deceitful and not caring about the children of the county served. What does this DO to a person? What does it do to one's HEART? While I don't want to think Mr. Crowder's stroke and passing are related to the recent stress, as a nurse and fairly logical person I know that it MUST have contributed. And as his family mourns, folks carry on with their rallying and fundraising - sure they throw out a few prayers here and there but do they really CARE about what their actions may be doing to others in the heat of the battle? Who is being negatively affected by these efforts? This world sure can be a wicked place sometimes. Rest in Peace, Mr. Crowder.

Oh please get over yourself. At the rally today there was a special prayer for Mr. Crowder and his family. On facebook there has been an outpouring of love and support... many, many people disagree with the way he carried himself over the past few weeks but EVERYONE is appreciative of his service.

Mike may God have mercy on on you and your family.

BoE members have had UC Sheriff protection or Sheriffs' on speed dial since the vote.
