House Rental Questions - Lake Norman
Have any of you ever done this? Do you know of a good property management service? Did you have a good/bad experience?
Our house is on the market now, and we are just exploring the option of hanging onto it until the market is better and renting it in the meantime. I have not done the math, but am thinking we'd need to charge at least $1500/month.
Can you share any thoughts from either side? Renting a house or renting out your own house? Do any of you know anyone who might be interested?
I am just trying to gather information and trust you guys to give it to me straight!
