Farington is very nice. Large wooded lots between 1/2 and 1 acre. Most homes have 3 car garages as well. McCar is the builder.

I really like that particular area that the neighborhood is located in.

Fairington Oaks is a great community with almost acre homesites with trees! Crawl space foundations and three car garages are also an option out there.

Quellin is nice, but I would definitely suggest going across the street to the Williams community before you make a decision. Many of the folks who bought there stopped in afterwards and some expressed regrets. I believe your closest shopping will be at New Town and from there back to Rae Rd. Lots of development going on, on the commercial front so more shopping should be on the way.
