Hi!
I have lived in Belle Vista for six years, and have been very happy here. As mentioned, the convenience to everything can not be beat!
The pool is great in the summer, and it and all of the grounds are extremely well maintained.
We have enjoyed the sense of community. We have great neighbors in our building, but do not know very many people outside of our building.
We have two children (ages 1 and 3), but I don't think they disturb anyone. The place certainly does not seem littered with kids. In fact, the ages of residents vary greatly, and I know that babies through elderly live here, with every age in the between.
The management company is Hawthorne, and if you have ever heard of them, you know they leave much to be desired. Apparently this is the case with most management companies, and there are a plethora of options. With that being said, the actual HOA board puts forth a great effort. Communication is excellent and bulletin boards in the buildings change every few weeks. What is said about that president, Alan, being moody is 100% true LOL!

Not sure how accurate this but understand lenders may not being willing to lend in the complex due to the HOA deriving too much income from units they have foreclosed on and are now renting back. Also, not entirely sure if they are still approved with FHA.

Seeing how I started this thread back in Jan., I have since moved and settled in, but not in Belle Vista. Decided I needed a little land and a little quietness. But thanks for the offer.
