Townhomes (Charlotte, Concord: moving to, relocating, snow)

can anyone give me any info on Patriots Pointe Townhomes in Concord, NC. Moving to Charlotte in about 23 days!! I can finally say BYE to this 3-6 inches of snow that seems to keep falling from the sky When will it ever end?

i checked them week as i am relocating in 21 days as well. I did not like them. NOT WORTH IT. I like the mccar townhomes which are few exits before this at mallard lake, but some people like mccar here and some hate it to the core.
