Anyone have any opinions about Waterlynn in Mooresville, it's a KB Home community.

LOVE the community of WaterLynn...my daughter has two friends that live there and it's a great community! Lot's of kids, GREAT pool...very nice!

really anything, thinking of buying a house there and wanted to know how people feel about the neighborhood and houses themselves.

Waterlynn is a great community! I work for Guardian Protection who does the prewiring for KB Homes and have been there many times on business. I really liked it and the people were very nice. I should be going there again soon so if you have some specific questions I'll write them down and try to get you some answers.
