Default condos/townhomes/cluster homes near Presbyterian Hospital in Matthews
Hello,

I am interested in a Condo/Townhome or Cluster home in the 170K-190 price point near Presbyterian Hospital in Matthews OR near Charlotte Christian School. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks so much!!

I don't know if I can remember the name but there are some that are brand new behind the Walgreen's at 51 and Sam Newell. I would give the name of the realty company that has the listings, but I don't know if that is allowed here. If you want to send a private message I could give it to you. I don't know the area around Charlotte Christian that well.

i dont know of the rules on here but i know what those townhomes are. im actually interested in them too. toured one a couple weeks ago. pm me if you want info on them ( web site , ect.)

There are also Townhomes in Downtown Matthews, which aren't too far located at 352 Park Square PL at Park Square. They are nice and run in the 150,000's. 2 and 3 bed 2 bath.
