I know this was quite some time ago but I just found that Sports Academy sells pepper spray. I called one in Little Rock, AR but I'm sure they are carried other locations for anyone needing pepper spray.
Be careful with that stuff and be sure the situation warrants it before using. If the person somehow avoids it or has a tolerance to it they could grab it and spray it on you.
